Ingredients
ingredient 1 - 1/2 Cup unsalted butter
ingredient 2 - 1/2 cup of sugar
ingredient 3 - 1/2 cup of brown sugar
ingredient 4 - 1/2 cup of Sun and Moon Sea Moss
ingredient 5 - 1 tsp vanilla
ingredient 6 - 1 medium ripe banana ( mashed up )
ingredient 7 - 1/2 cups all purpose flour
ingredient 8 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
ingredient 9 - 1/2 tsp salt
ingredient 10 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
ingredient 11 - 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350*. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and mashed banana until well combined.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flower, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
Step 5
Gradually add the dry and the wet ingredients, mixing until combined. avoid over mixing
Step 6
Add in the chocolate chips
Step 7
Spread dough 2 inches apart.
Step 8
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until nicely golden. Let cool for 5 mins before serving
