About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ingredient 1 - 1 cup of frozen or fresh Strawberries

  • ingredient 2 - 1 cup of frozen or fresh Mango's

  • ingredient 3 - 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks

  • ingredient 4 - 1 ripe banana

  • ingredient 5 - 1 tbsp. Sun and Moon Sea Moss Gel

  • ingredient 6 - 1 cup of coconut water

  • ingredient 7 - 1 tsp. of honey or agave for added sweetness

  • ingredient 8 - 1/2 cup of ice

  • ingredient 9 - 2 tbsp. of Cherry Yogurt

Preparation

Step 1


Add all fruits to the blender.



Step 2


Add Sun and Moon Sea Moss gel + Yogurt to the blender



Step 3


Add honey or Agave for added sweetness



Step 4


Add 1/2 cup of ice.


Step 5


Add 1 cup of coconut water
