Ingredients
ingredient 1 - 1 Ripe Avacado
ingredient 2 - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream (chilled overnight)
ingredient 3 - 3 tbs Sun and Moon Sea Moss
ingredient 4 - 1/4 cup of cacao powder
ingredient 5 - 4 tbs maple syrup
ingredient 6 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
ingredient 7 - pinch of Sea Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop Avocado flesh into blender and add in thickened coconut cream (save watery part for another use)
Step 2
add avocado, Sun and Moon Sea Moss gel, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and sea salt to the blender.
Step 3
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until mixture is creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Step 4
Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness or cacao level if desired by adding more maple syrup or cacao powder. Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours and serve.
