Shipping Policy

If you receive a damaged product, we ask that you take a picture and email it to Sunmoonessentials@gmail.com and we will gladly send a replacement.

If we make a mistake and ship to the incorrect address, we will surely ship out a replacement order, however if you provided an incorrect address and it is shipped to that address, unfortunately we will be unable replace the order.
